Hello, my name is Marina Naomi Smolyanov, I was born in Ukraine, immigrated to Israel when I was 7 years old, and since then, my international adventure began while living and working in 5 different countries- which brought me to consolidate my multicultural vision for international business success.  

This website is the fruit of over 15 colorful years of my professional experience. It summarizes
the global impact I've made by investing my passion, creativity and vision into creating a better business world. Over the years,
I have dedicated myself to helping organizations develop a culture of innovation leadership, and effective communication, which has impacted over 800 companies, 35 universities, and 2000 lives of professionals and entrepreneurs.
